Welcome Message

Permit me to officially introduce you to our Club, KCFC.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Kikis Court Fan Club (KCFC), the Social Club wing of KCFC Foundation, is a Dues and Levies paying Fan Club whose main focus is promoting education in Ghana from basic school level and above, focusing on the communities in which we have presence.
It is also a Welfare network which works at being there for each other as members in good and bad times.
Our guiding word is TOGETHER because we believe that together we are able to achieve anything and we can inspire progress.
So welcome to the TOGETHER family where We Aspire to Inspire and where we believe strongly in the principles of UBUNTU.
DOs AND DON'Ts
- All members are required to pay their monthly dues promptly at all times as well as levies that may be introduced from time to time. Failure to do so may result in your being deleted without any chance of refund.
- Our platform is opened for all sorts of discussions except Politics and Pornography. These two are totally banned from the page, otherwise it's a free for all page.
- Also not encouraged is any post that seems to demean any of the sexes or religions. So sexually biased jokes are not encouraged at all.
- We Do Not encourage sharing of unverified links on the pages. Also forwarding materials to the pages are not encouraged. We like the human touch so you can type and voice note all you want and we are happy.
- Disrespecting a member is capital crime and we frown on it as well. We are all adults and we expect us, to at all times, behave in a manner that does not drag the name of the group into disrepute or casts a negative image on the group.
WEEKLY ONLINE ACTIVITIES
We have weekly activities that we run on the main club WhatsApp platform:
- Monday - Day to share motivational messages and sermons.
- Tuesday - Terrific Tuesday set aside for members to surprise each other in any way they can.
- Additiinally it is set aside for education on topics of relevance to our time. We call it the Knowledge Sharing series. These Online Sessions brings together professionals on various topics.
- Wednesday - Market Day where members are encouraged to do business on the platform.
- Thursday - Is our Selfie day where members are encouraged to take Selfies and post on the page so we can put faces to the names. We want to know each other even though we may be far apart.
- Friday - Call a member day. Members are to call as many members as possible. We encourage that members start by calling numbers they don't know so they make new friends.
- Weekend - Free for all. We post freely (anything acceptable per the rules of the club) on weekends.
OUR HOME
- Kikis Court Resort in Hohoe in the Volta region of Ghana is the Home of the Club although its representation or membership is not limited to people living in or from Hohoe or the Volta region for that matter.
- Also, the Club is 100% independent of Kikis Court Resort as a business entity.
ACTIVITY STRUCTURE
- The club runs its activities on Whatsapp. We have one main platform that has all members. Additionally we have Sector and Birth-month based platforms and you will be added to these when you complete the process. You are required to participate regularly in platform activities and interactions.
- Unlike other whatsapp platforms, KCFC is a community of members who engages with each other. We have monthly meetings, weekend hangouts, and other activities on and off our digital platforms that require your presence at one location or the other. Please note that participation in these are key to maintaining your membership.
PROBATION PERIOD
- New members have a 6 months probation period within which they do not benefit from any welfare package from the club.
KCFC CARES WELFARE
Our welfare support for members, particularly in times of bereavement, is structured into three key layers:
- National Support:
Once you are a member in good standing, meaning all national dues and levies are up to date and you have completed your probation period — you are entitled to **GH₵500.00** in the unfortunate event of losing a parent, spouse, or biological child (up to a maximum of two children). - Sector Support:
Members who are active and in good standing at the **sector level** (participating in meetings and activities) also receive additional support. In such cases, your sector members contribute a levy, and a percentage of that is given to you **in addition** to the GH₵500.00 from the national coffers. - Group Insurance Policy:
KCFC has adopted a group insurance scheme to strengthen welfare support for unforeseen circumstances. This policy provides coverage for:- Critical illness of a member
- Permanent disability of a member
- Death of a member’s stated beneficiaries
- Death of a member
- Membership in KCFC Cares Group Insurance Policy is compulsory. Please consult your Sector Executives for full details of this policy when you join the club.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- There are no general funeral levies at the national level. In other words, members, at the National Level, are not required to pay levies for every bereavement, except when the deceased is a member of the club. Outside that, member-related funeral levies are handled only at the sector level of the bereaved member.
